A New Hyper-Depressant Drug to Treat Depression

by Robert L. Gisel

When someone is seriously depressed they will be emotionally in apathy or an attitude like "dying". In other words there is a high likelihood they could be suicidal. Obviously the thing to give them for this condition is a drug that increases the possibility of suicide, right?

Big Pharma thinks so and the FDA plays right along with that. One of the newest antidepressant drugs, Pristiq, has been recently released on the market with the approval of the FDA, who turns around and now black-box labels the drug for life threatening reasons.

The data is sketchy whether this is due to side effects now showing up, meaning adverse events on real patients in lieu of clinical testing now reveal the "oversight", or that the side effects were known from the original clinical testing, in which case the FDA neglected to read the findings when the approval was given. One other possibility: the FDA is staffed by dissolute and unprincipled traitors.

This new anti-depressant drug, Pristiq, has the usual psyche-drug side effects, such as increased tendency to suicide and violence, but it has some new ones I hadn't seen in predecessors. These include dangerously low blood pressure, abnormal bleeding, seizure, to name a few. FDA approved this for release? This is nuts.

Maybe we can call 911 and have the approving FDA officers arrested by a SWAT Team for collusion to sell illicit drugs.

A friend emailed me back lending her support for this idea saying, "Yeah let's do it. Let's have them arrested!"

Yeah mama.
