Kids looking for the thrills from street drugs find they can get this for free by faking the symptoms of ADHD.
The incentives are partying with their friends, maybe making money selling these on the playground or even getting sexual favors. After all, it is a narcotic on the order of classification of heroine and cocaine.
Only a drugged-out parent would want a drugged-out child. We left that scene behind in the 70's. As natural handlings exist there is nothing necessary about psychotropic drugs except the profit fix for the drug companies. Obscene profits is never enough for them.
The thrills, the psychedelic experience, from mind altering drugs is fake, literally drug induced. What the psyche promoters of the 70's drug craze didn't tell us is that the "downer" is mental mass that surrounds the drug and collapses in on one after the chemically induced high. Loss of ability, loss of drive, irresponsibility, dulled sexual performance, scrambled time track and memory loss come with the downer.
We weren't told these things by psychiatry, who gave us LSD, as they do not know how the mind operates, even to the extent of knowing what causes "ADHD". Professing to treat something of which you have no idea of its cause because it makes you a lot of money is the personification of quack medicine.
Psychiatrist equals drug pusher. They camp in the school system where the potential for profitable drug proliferation is large. Their beat is who can they label next for a locked-in prescription of psychotropics.
Just when you thought it was safe to send your child to school.

Everybody is Crazy?

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual by which one is labeled crazy is being re-written to include more normal people in the categories of mental disorder. Mind you, more people have not become mentally ill, simply the broader definitions allow labeling of more persons.
The professional intention of psychiatry is to make insanity inclusive of everyone and treatment mandatory. This is, furthermore, not for scientific but financial considerations: 10s or 100s of billions of dollars in addicting psychotropic drugs out to the market.
This is how it works: the DSM 4, the diagnostic manual of psychiatry conains some 3000 "mental illness" labels derived by vote at the annual APA meeting. It is nothing scientific, yet these now cover enough topics and are so generally worded that just about anyone could be loosely fitted to one or more psychiatric labels as crazy.
The scientific communtiy has noted than when the latest issue of the Diagnostic Manual came out the broadened definitions for ADHD, bipolar disorder and autism contributed to pandemics of the three "disorders". Of course this was more fear and insanity forwarded by the manual than an an actual increase in mental illness.
Scientific concern has been expressed that when the DSM 5 comes out in 2013 it will even further broaden an already excessive manual of unscientific labeling.
The "suggested" (euphemism for required) treatment of any of these diagnstic criteria is one or more of the highly addicting narcotic psychiatric drugs. Highly addicting means built-in profits.
Psychotropics should never be given a psychotic as it in fact worsens the condition. Anyone correctly diagnosed as psychotic can be treated much more successfully with non-drug means. If you happened to be put on psychotropics when you were not psychotic you can expect to be driven so. Such are the side effects of these harmful drugs. The exception is the side effect when the heart stops and there is diagnosis other than death.
Most symptoms which lead to "mental disorder" diagnoses can be remedied by nutritional handlings or simply discovering with standard medical practice what pathology the individual has and remedy this medically.
Dr. Rima E. Laibow, MD, in the link above, has come to be a very active advocate for mental and physical health by safe and natural means rather dubious medical drugging. She is actually trained to be a psychiatrist but 40 years ago denounced the usual psychiatric practices as inhumane. In this she has my agreement. She has an ongoing strong lobby to curtail the legal sanctions that do far more harm than good and for this I recommend support of her.

Pesticides Get the Rap

ADHD is linked to pesticides per this article, that is, the "severe inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity characteristic of ADHD". This is reverse propaganda by phony association.
Pesticides may well cause undesirable symptoms related to mental focus. But that is toxic poisoning not ADHD, a "mental health disease". Actually disease is pathological and the mental ailments is psychological.
The symptoms of disinterest and nervous hysteria in school kids is an observation to handle. It doesn't mean "ADHD". Saying this bogus mental health disease is linked back to the symptoms is oxymoron. It assumes a cause and a treatment, neither of which has any basis in fact.
From an article in Biological Psychology it is easy to see how non-sequitur the psychiatric solution:
Roll out the psychotropic drug prescriptions, that'll handle it.
Using the generic psyche-name for those symptoms caused by something else is a dereliction of duty. The something else can be the physiological reactions to study, which does have a scientific basis in fact. It also can be caused by bad nutrition, the kind being served in school lunches, as verified by astute physicians. This new study links it to pesticides, that is to say, toxic nutrition.
Whatever it is, you have to correctly identify cause to derive a proper remedy. Don't let your child be put on narcotics by the school psyche because he or she has "severe inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity". Get a real doctor or naturopathic physician to check it out. An "MD" psychiatrist doesn't count; he's been trained to inflict pain and unconsciousness as a therapy in name only. Finding the child's misunderstood words from his studies might save you the health care expense.

Why Not Impeach the Secretary?

Here is an interesting request forwarded to me by the Natural Solutions Foundation.
As actions of treasonous irony (complete malfeasance of office) keep emitting from the FDA, why not go after it's kingpin? Why ignore the mounting stack of alarming reports?
The call is for resignation or impeachment. To that I would add class action suit or even possible criminal prosecution.
Deaths and expected life threatening events should not go unaccountable. Pre-existing evidence, of more than a few drugs, tested as unsafe was known and ignored or even larded over with a false picture. The same with the untested vaccines, too dangerous for human consumption, rushed out for a non-existent but unabashedly proclaimed pandemic.
Where I have been aware of fatal malfeasance in the release of psychiatric drugs, the parallel graphs of school age suicides and the amounts of "meds" dispensed to school aged children (identical graphs that march from the bottom left corner consistently up to the upper right corner), school shootings repeatedly connected to psyche-drugs, and scores of similar issues, I was not aware of how high is their general drug-approval failure rate: 50%.
Furthermore, it has been exposed in medical reports and by whistle blowers that Big Pharma has written reports slanted to appear unbiased, getting doctors to sign their names to the ghostwritten works. It is unreal that the Secretary of US Department of Health and Human Services is unaware of this practice that turns truthful scientific reporting into the shell game of the con artist.
Here I am publishing the appeal forwarded to me and phones and faxes of some key officials to forward this to. As Sebelius has made a request to media to stifle opponents seeking to expose truths from independent scientists and well meaning citizens it is only fair and appropriate to be all the more vocal about this.
The overseer to the FDA has a name, Kathleen Sibelius and she has a post, Secretary of HHS that she can be removed from. She is responsible for her departments. The abuses of the FDA alone are gross. Add in the cost of the false pandemic vaccine - $6.4 billion - and suppression of natural foods, perhaps we should notify the US Attorney General for criminal charges. Minimally I'd like to know which side is she on, as her agencies' actions, condoned or otherwise, must make the KGB types (American enemies) really ecstatic. We're talking about activities of treasonous consequences here. Lots of them.
It is time to make the responsible civil servants accountable for their destructive actions. Let's take our government "Of and By The People" seriously and make our views known.

The Secretary of HHS, Kathleen Sebelius, runs a failed federal bureacracy that is about to compound the harm it does by taking over all healthcare. Congress's answer to Dr. Ron Paul's criticism of "power abusers..." is to give the agencies under Sec. Sebelius more power to abuse!
And the HHS Secretary likes that just fine. In fact, she thinks we should all just line-up, shut-up and take our shots!
Here is what she told Readers Digest earlier this year (2010):
“There are groups out there that insist that vaccines are responsible for a variety of problems, despite all scientific evidence to the contrary. We (the office of Secretary of Health and Human Services) have reached out to media outlets to try to get them not to give the views of these people equal weight in their reporting.”
Reading between-the-lines, this is a call for blatant censorship. The Secretary is telling us that the parents of children who have been harmed by vaccination don't count. The injured children, in their tens of thousands, don't count. Human needs and rights don't count.
The Secretary knows that lawfully prescribed drugs, that have been approved by her FDA, kill 150,000 Americans yearly. She knows that vaccines will harm a certain percentage of children who receive them. She knows that the FDA recalls or limits half the drugs it has already approved.. what a dismal record of getting it wrong!
She wants to pretend that "science" supports her professed beliefs in service of Big Pharma. However, there is NO "significant scientific agreement" among independent researchers about the "benefits" or the risks of vaccination. Yet under Sebelius, the Federal Government, for example, bought $6.4 billion worth of "Swine Flu" H1N1 vaccines; then approved those vaccines (FDA); then recommended them (CDC) and then distributed them (HHS). All for a non-pandemic. Another HHS failure.
Therefore, we call upon all decision makers join in the Citizens' Petition that Secretary Sebelius Either Resign or Be Impeached!
Dear Decision Maker:
I am writing to you at the suggestion of the Natural Solutions Foundation, www.HealthFreedomUSA., org to implore you to use your abilities of pursuance and legal capacity to remove Secretary Sebelius of the Health and Human Services Department, which inlcudes the FDA, CDC (and its Advisory Committee on Imunnization Practices).
The Food and Drug Administration is charged with ensuring that our food, our drugs and our cosmetics are safe and wholesome. Instead, it has a tragic history of bowing to the desires of the regulated industries to the detriment, often the lethal detriment, of consumers, of you, of me and of our children.
Secretary Sebelius has exceeded even the dismal and dangerous record of her predecessors by requesting the press to suppress vaccine dissenters, those who shed light on their real and very serious dangers and those who debate their use in children and adults.
Although the FDA is known to act illegally in the suppression of information about the health benefits of supplements, to act improperly and illegally against devices based in energy manipulation and to use its Marshall to illegally harass and attack legitimate manufacturers and users of nutrients and supplements, although it approves for use scientifically untested, questionable and dangerous genetically modified foods despite strong scientific evidence of their dangers, allows dangerous chemicals in our food supply and deploys untested vaccines despite the laws requiring both safety and efficacy testing, this agency is given literal life and death power over us.
The drugs that it approves are listed by the American Medical Association as one of the leading causes of death in the United States WHEN USED PROPERLY, yet this agency continues its dangerous policies.
The latest victim, if Secretary Sebelius has her way, is the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. To support an industry without any scientific substantiation, Secretary Sebelius has requested the media to support her in a tyrannical suppression of free speech.
Her disregard for our health is not only matched, but exceeded by her disregard for our Constitution, which she is sworn to uphold and defend.
I call upon you to use your ability to influence the opinions of others and to use every legal means available to you, as an official in a high position of trust, to see to it that Secretary Sebelius is removed from her position and that the FDA is swept clean of the control of the regulated industries, making it a fit vehicle for the protection of food, drugs and cosmetics for the American people.
Thank you for your vigorous action. I will be watching to see how I can further support your efforts to remove Secretary Sebelius from her office.

Public Relations or Bribery?

This news blog reveals an interesting, if unverified, datum:
"The Center for Public Integrity, a nonpartisan watchdog group, conducted an analysis of the pressure applied to politicians during the health care debate and found that 1,750 companies and organizations hired an army of 4,525 lobbyists and spent a jaw-dropping $1.2 billion in lobbying funds to make sure the bill didn't go against their interests. And some of that money is going straight to politicians." Yahoo News
Earlier figures I saw indicated that close to 1/2 of the 4,525 lobbyists were of the 2 groups Big Pharma and the Insurance companies with drug company lobbyists some 1200 of that army. Even if it was 50% for and 50% agin, the winning side of the lobbying finances was a prima facie $600 million.
These figures lead one believe the Health Care Bill was bought and paid for by special interest groups and was evidently a financial windfall for some politicians. We have known this is what happens, however, the large figures are shocking as to what extent the Congressional process has become commercialized.
My concern from my Favoring Life blog is Big Parma so bent on drugging America. The Bill still contains the Mother's Act which will lead to Big Bucks from women pre and post pregnancy onto psychiatric meds. This alone could be worth at least a billion dollars in sales of these addictive drugs.
If you are a pregnant mother do yourself a favor and don't get caught up in the net. Refuse psychiatric evaluation (hence labeling and prescription psych-drugs) if it is suggested for you. Prepare a family member or midwife or your own physician to look after your interests, and please, do not get placed on psychiatric drugs. They are killer.

What Goes Around Comes Around

That America has been the most free nation on earth flies into the teeth of psychiatry which fundamentally opposes a free and moral society. Think about it. Psychiatry promotes there is no right or wrong. Freedom becomes absolutely any action, unrestrained by moral standards.
Free sex, promiscuity, abortion, homosexuality and its ultimate social dramatization, same-sex marriages, these are promoted by psychiatrists as mental health. With nature as a norm and logical thinking these are not healthy.
By necessity then, religion must be usurped, as spiritual values promoted by religions of all kinds bolster self esteem and morality. The irony is that this was from a blog post against communism!
Life force is a cogent quality, a spiritual being, that does not die with the body. One will come back around to reap what one sows. This reality is hidden from us and generally comes as quite a shock where one is not prepared for this fact before it is forced on one by body death.
Shortsighted breakdown of moral discipline, philosophically ingrained into psychiatric therapy therefore brings on a degraded society, shades of the sensationalist Roman arenas. With it goes hopes for a decent future life in such a society.
If you had any idea the talk-only aspects of psychiatric therapy were harmless look again at where their false datums lead to: messed up thinking. Look to solutions which realize logical thinking embracing the greatest good for the greatest number and you can't go wrong.

That America has been the most free nation on earth flies into the teeth of psychiatry which fundamentally opposes a free and moral society. Think about it. Psychiatry promotes there is no right or wrong. Freedom becomes absolutely any action, unrestrained by moral standards.
Free sex, promiscuity, abortion, homosexuality and its ultimate social dramatization, same-sex marriages, these are promoted by psychiatrists as mental health. With nature as a norm and logical thinking these are not healthy.
By necessity then, religion must be usurped, as spiritual values promoted by religions of all kinds bolster self esteem and morality. JAMA Report Takes On Anti-Depressant Deception

The Journal of the Medical Association (JAMA) has published a report revealing a major fallacy regarding narcotic psychotropic drugs. They don't work.
Is it any surprise unbiased reports reveal that, in relief from depression, a placebo is as much as you get, versus the much tooted anti-depressants which give little or no improvement in the symptoms. It would be more truth in advertising to sell the placebos.
Only in the most severe cases of depression was any significant improvement noted against the placebo, which would be in the upper range of the scoring scale of severity of depression, which is, roughly, 1/4 of all cases. For any milder cases and particularly the mid range cases most likely to be prescribed SSRI anti-depressants by medical doctors the results are negligible or non-existent.
We're talking about their cash hogs, genesis Prozac, such as Paxil, Lexaporo, and, by extrapolation, all of the derivatives like Zoloft that opened the flood gates to a long line of worthless psychoactive drugs. Not only worthless but actually dangerous in possible side effects like "drug-induced suicides, mania, drug-exacerbated depression, drug dependence, birth defects...". We can do without these effects for sure.
Treating symptoms is really off-the-mark malpractice. The real cause has to be found and handled to eliminate the effect. Depression is a symptom not a cause. A thorough Medical examination or consultation with holistic chiropractor can reveal actual causes. One's own Google research of effective solutions or the index of one of Adele Davis's books against one's own knowingness reaps a better prognosis than that of the shrink or his MD dupes. A walk across the street to the natural vitamin store reaffirmed for me the simplest of solutions can be the most overlooked. Often the culprit is simple nutritional deficiencies such as B vitamins, minerals or hormonal imbalances with herbal remedies. Even in the most severe cases of depression this would be the first place to look.
Do yourself a favor should you ever experience anything like depression: skip the psycho-babble, even when mouthed by a medical doctor, and get some better advice.
That the JAMA report is taken from some of the earliest studies on the substances before being buried and over larded by later deceiving reports is very damning to the the drug manufactures and a is notable recognition by the JAMA. One can only hope this will dampen the enthusiasm for medical prescriptions of psyche drugs. One still hopes these will be more than just Black Box Labeled but actually taken off the market.
